Your Experience
In our work together, you’ll find a space that’s encouraging, collaborative, and focused on your growth. Each session blends support, learning, and real-life practice—whether we’re doing exposures in the moment, celebrating steps you’ve taken between sessions, or mapping out what’s next. We’ll notice and honor your progress, even the smallest wins, because those add up to big change. My hope is for you to leave each session feeling seen, empowered, and ready to take the next step forward.
Who I Treat
My clients are often adults who feel trapped in cycles of worry, intrusive thoughts, and self-doubt — especially those living with OCD and anxiety disorders. Many have tried to manage things on their own or through talk therapy but haven’t seen the progress they hoped for. They’re ready to actively face their fears, break free from unhelpful patterns, and reclaim the energy, focus, and presence that anxiety has taken from them.
I believe therapy should feel personal and practical—built around what works best for you. While we’ll spend time practicing facing fears and resisting the pull of compulsions, we’ll also focus on what truly matters to you and how you want your life to look beyond anxiety. I’ll teach you simple, effective ways to step back from unhelpful thoughts, stay connected to your bigger goals, and build the motivation to keep going.
I also offer new ways of understanding how your mind works, so you can approach challenges with more clarity and confidence. This combination makes the work feel less intimidating and more doable. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling empowered and capable—so the progress you make is truly yours to keep.
